When you send us your website and pick a use case, we build a branded, interactive messaging experience for your business and send you the preview. Most people want to know what that preview will actually look like before they ask for one.

So here are five, built for five different kinds of businesses. Each one shows what the business would send us, what we’d build, and what their customers would experience. The businesses are fictional. The experiences are the kind we build every week.

1. An online boutique: cart recovery

What they’d send us: their store’s website, with “Recover abandoned carts” as the use case.

What we’d build: a cart reminder that shows exactly what the shopper left behind and makes checking out one tap.

Wren & Wool ✓
Still thinking about the Cable Knit Cardigan? It’s waiting in your cart, in size M.
[Product card: image, price, size]
[Complete checkout] [See similar styles] [Remind me later]

If the shopper taps “See similar styles,” a carousel of related products appears inside the conversation. Their customers never have to find the product again on a mobile site.

2. A dental practice: appointment confirmations

What they’d send us: their practice website, with “Confirm appointments & stop no-shows” as the use case.

What we’d build: a reminder that lets patients confirm, reschedule, or cancel in one tap, and offers open slots to patients who need a new time.

Lakeview Family Dental ✓
Hi Chris, you’re scheduled for a cleaning tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. with Dr. Patel.
[Confirm] [Reschedule] [Cancel]
(patient taps “Reschedule”)
Here are the next openings:
[Thu 2:00 p.m.] [Fri 9:30 a.m.] [Mon 11:00 a.m.] [Call the office]

The reminder comes from the practice’s verified business profile, so patients know it’s real and not one of the spam texts they’ve learned to ignore.

3. A fitness studio: lead capture from ads and QR codes

What they’d send us: their studio website, with “Capture leads from ads & QR codes” as the use case.

What we’d build: an inbound conversation that opens from a social ad or a QR code on the studio window, asks two questions, and books a free first class.

Summit Strength Studio ✓
Welcome! Your first class is on us. What are you most interested in?
[Strength] [Yoga] [HIIT] [Not sure yet]

When do you usually like to work out?
[Mornings] [Lunchtime] [Evenings]

Great, here are a few classes that fit:
[Carousel: three classes with times and a Book button]

The studio gets a booked visit and a first-party lead record, without a form in the way.

4. A coffee subscription: order updates and reordering

What they’d send us: their website, with “Send order & delivery updates” as the use case.

What we’d build: a shipping update that answers “where’s my order?” and turns the message into a chance to reorder or add something.

Ember Road Coffee ✓
Your Ethiopia Yirgacheffe shipped and arrives Thursday.
[Track package] [Change delivery]
Running low on filters? [Product card: paper filters, Add to next order]

A cost the business already pays, the shipping notification, starts earning revenue.

5. A software company: customer support

What they’d send us: their website, with “Answer customer questions” as the use case.

What we’d build: a support conversation that handles the most common questions with buttons and hands off to a person when needed.

Ledgerly ✓
Hi! What can we help with today?
[Reset my password] [Billing question] [Report a problem] [Talk to a person]
(customer taps “Billing question”)
Here’s your current plan and next invoice date.
[Card: plan, amount, renewal date]
[Update payment method] [Something else]

The customer gets an answer in a couple of taps, and the support team only handles conversations that need a person.

What every preview includes

Whatever your business and use case, your preview shows:

  • Your business name on a branded conversation
  • Real interaction: buttons, carousels, and images your customers would tap
  • A complete flow built around the use case you chose, from the first message to the next step
  • Both halves of the journey, whether customers start the conversation (inbound) or your business reaches out (outbound)

What happens next

Your preview arrives in your inbox. Tap through it in your browser, send it to your phone, and share it with the people who need to see it.

If you want to keep going, start a free nativeMsg account to edit experiences with ExperienceAI and test them on up to five phones. If not, the preview is yours to keep.
